Prayer Shawl Ministry
IMG_9332.jpeg

Prayer Shawl Ministry began at our church in September 2007 as an outreach of our Presbyterian Women.  Those who are knitting and crocheting pray that the shawls will be tangible reminders of God’s steadfast love, of the comfort God gives, the peace God sends, the healing God provides, and the hope God offers.  The shawls are given as gifts from our church.

We meet on the third Tuesday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the PW Productions Room (#16). We'd be delighted to have you be part of this ministry by meeting with us or through your handwork at home. Come join us in sharing ideas, tips, fellowship, and prayer.  Newcomers are welcome!

Be sure to let us know if you have a new baby or grandbaby in your family! We have baby items, and we’d like to share with your new family member.

Please let us know of someone who might benefit from the comfort of a prayer shawl or baby item. The recipients do NOT have to be members of our church.

Contact Robbie Knox to suggest a prayer shawl or baby item recipient or to ask questions and get details,
