Summer Choir

Make plans to join the Summer Choir! The Summer Choir is comprised of church members who love to sing but are not usually able to commit to a more rigorous rehearsal schedule.  Any church member, ages 10 - adult, are invited to participate.  Practices will be at 9:30 AM before the 10:00 AM worship service. The Summer Choir will sing on the first and third Sundays of each month in June, July, and August.

Sanctuary Choir

Wednesdays - 7:00 PM - Choir Room

All high school youth and adults are invited to come and sing in the Sanctuary Choir! No music reading ability is necessary, just a joy of singing!


Children's Choirs

Sundays - 4:00 PM - Choir Room

Children 3 – 5th Grade are invited to sing in the Geneva Choir!

(Linked with PCF on Sunday afternoons. Children are involved from 4:00-6:00 PM)


Carillon Ringers

Wednesdays - 4:30 PM - Handbell Room

All high school youth and adults are invited to participate! Music reading knowledge and handbell experience are not required but certainly are a plus.

Happy Summer!

While parents are participating in Wednesday activities, children, ages 5th grade and under, will have a supervised place in Room 3 to play, do homework, watch videos, etc.

Beginning September 7th at 4:30 PM!

Adults and Youth welcome!

Rehearsals:  6:00 - 7:00 PM, Wednesdays, Room 30

Worship:  Select 8:45 AM and 11:00 AM Sunday worship services

Bluegrass Music: The Lookout Mountain Band, with the Dixie Darlin's , is open to anyone who can play a stringed instrument and/or enjoys singing Bluegrass and Gospel music.  This group shares their music in worship and the community.  Contact Debbie Grinton for details.

Put on USHER Badge

Check lights in Narthex, restrooms, Sanctuary, Chancel, and Paraments

Pick up bulletins from chapel/communion prep room

Open Sanctuary doors to Narthex

Light Candles (10 minutes prior to the start of service)

Close Sanctuary doors at the chiming

Take a headcount

After the offering is received, at the start of the prelude to the doxology, proceed to the chancel and place the plates on the front corners of the Communion table, returning to the Narthex using the middle aisle

Open the doors from the Sanctuary to the Narthex immediately after the benediction

Return badge to magnetic board

Check with the head usher instructions for offering collection

Help with clean up of Sanctuary after the service
